Decision Support Service Online Course Available

An online learning programme developed by the HSE and the Decision Support Service is available to support healthcare professionals involved in completing capacity statements under Part 4 (Co-Decision-Making), Part 5 (Decision-Making Representation Orders), and Part 7 (Enduring Powers of Attorney) of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.

This training will be particularly valuable for healthcare teams, helping them to understand their responsibilities and navigate the new systems introduced under the Act.
